The chickens and the goat will not be high maintenance.
Beekeeping could be cost prohibitive as there is quite a bit of equipment that is required.
Fruit trees are also a lot of work. It will take years before they bear fruit, then they have to be sprayed a few times a year to prevent insects eating your crops. Now if you are lucky enough that the insects don’t get your crops–the squirrels and birds will go after it.
Personally, I would stick with a garden. Learn to can and to freeze. I might even have a few chickens–but that would be it for me.
