Is it necessary to workout if you go outside, and 5-6 days per week and just keep busy? Like by walking?

We have a big farm (No animals, it’s a business) and we have A LOT of work out there this year, garden, cleaning, organizing metal, mowing lawn(the one you sit on
) keeping up with beekeeping) And in late June swimming in the pond 2-3 days per week. Would this be enough physical activity? If it did this stuff 1-2(sometimes 3) hour per day, and 5-6 days per week?

Im outside all the time in the summer, yet I still workout. It depends on your commitment to exercise or if you have a high metabolism, yard work may be enough to keep in shape.
I love liftng weights, and I want to be sure to get a workout in so my muscles are challenged.
